1. Data controller

IVF Phương Châu — Bệnh viện Quốc tế Phương Châu (300 Nguyễn Văn Cừ nối dài, P. Tân An, TP. Cần Thơ) is responsible for processing the information you provide on this site.

2. Information we collect

• The booking form: full name, date of birth, phone number, occupation, height and weight of the wife and/or husband; address; Zalo number; preferred doctor, date and time slot; how you heard about us; selected offers; language used.
• On the “Lịch của tôi” (My appointments) page: your phone number and date of birth, used only to find your appointments.
• Minimal technical data: IP addresses used to block abnormal traffic — stored only as one-way hashes for a short time and then deleted automatically; access logs kept briefly by our hosting provider under its own policy.
• When you submit the form: the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check examines your IP address and technical browser signals to tell people from automated programs. We only receive a pass or fail result.

This site does not collect test results, diagnoses or medical records, and does not ask for your national ID number to book.

3. Health information is sensitive data

Registering for a fertility examination, height and weight are health information — sensitive personal data under Law No. 91/2025/QH15. We process it only with your consent and only for the purposes below.

4. Purposes

• Registering, arranging and confirming your examination; contacting you when an appointment needs confirming or changing.
• Advising you about your appointment and the offers you selected.
• Internal statistics to improve our services.
• Keeping the system safe: detecting and preventing unauthorised access and automated bulk submissions.
• Meeting requests from competent state authorities as required by law.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

5. Who can access your information

• IVF Phuong Chau staff and doctors whose work requires it (customer care, reception, examining doctors). Each person uses their own account and sees only what their work needs.
• Competent state authorities, when required by law.

Data is stored on cloud service providers' servers, which may be located outside Vietnam.

6. How we protect it

• All connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Every staff member has a personal account with role-based access; administrator accounts require two-step verification; passwords are never stored in readable form.
• The database can only be reached with the secret keys of the booking system's servers and of designated technical administrators; public access routes are closed.
• Attempts are rate-limited: more than 5 failed appointment look-ups trigger a temporary lock to stop automated guessing.
• Forms submitted from this site must pass a bot check. When submissions spike abnormally, the system pauses copying them to the working spreadsheet and alerts staff to review.

No safeguard is perfect. If a data breach occurs, we will remedy it and notify the competent authorities and affected people as required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law; after that, it is deleted.

8. Your rights

• To be informed about how your data is processed.
• To consent or refuse, and to withdraw consent at any time.
• To view your data, request correction or deletion, request restriction of or object to processing, and request a copy of your data.
• To complain, report, sue and claim compensation in accordance with the law.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can still book by phone without using the online form.

9. Cookies and browser storage

• A session cookie that lets you view “Lịch của tôi” (My appointments) after booking or looking up; it expires after 8 hours or when you sign out.
• The language you choose on the booking page is remembered in your browser.

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking or analytics tools. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when the page opens. The bot check on the booking page runs inside its own Cloudflare frame.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the version shown at the top of this page. Each booking records the version you agreed to.
